Refunds / Returns
Refunds will be issued where
1.) The item is incorrectly personalised due to an eror on the sellers part
2.) The item recieved is a different design than advertised
3.) The item was lost in the mail and did not arrive within the allotted time frame as advertised
4.) The item was damaged in transit.
T&C's of refund and returns
1.) Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of reciept and photographs of the packaging and product inside must be given as evidence. When 24 hours after the package as arrived has passed and no proof is sent the item is no longer eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be sent if there is insufficient time to replace the item
2.) Items incorrectly personalised due to an error on the customers part will not be replaced or refunded. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have entered the personalisation correctly.
3.) Items lost in the mail will only be refunded when 5 working days (monday - saturday) after the dispatch date have passed and the delay was not due circumstances out of the couriers control.
These being
a.) Natural disasters such as bad weather making roads impassible.
b.) Busy periods such as the weeks before and after festive periods
c.) Postal strikes

4.) Items being delayed or lost due to the customer entering an incorrect or impartial postal address will not be replaced or returned. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that delivery details are correct before entering.

You, the buyer, are responsible for covering all return postage costs and we, the seller, do not refund original postage costs for unwanted / incorrectly ordered items.
